I'm torn between A. American and Joe Nobody. In my opinion, the best eotwawki books. A great balance of surviving, prepping, morals and compassion. Hard to put down and glad he's got at least two more for my reading pleasure!
Great continuation of the series, author does a great job of continuing character development and keeping the story moving, good page turner
While this book is very entertaining I also find it very educational. I've found myself noting all the equipment and supplies used and applying it to what I want to have on hand. The quality of the equipment is first rate and it appears the writer has certainly done his homework. Being a beginning prepper myself I appreciate the attention to the detail of the writer and look forward to the next book. Thank you for opening my eyes to what I've over looked! Kudos!
A. American nails it with the first three novels in the saga of Morgan Carter, his family & friends after the SHTF. He tells a story that keeps your attention while teaching you the importance of preparedness & self-reliance. These novels are an opportunity to learn the skills necessary to survive while imagining yourself in the position of the characters. Look forward to the next installment due out in late March 2014. @FreedomPreppers
This series of books continually impresses. With each one you become more and more part of the family of friends drawn together in survival. Waiting impatiently for the next and the next and the next.....
This book is good. Just like the other two in the series. The book is definitely the "LOR: Twin Towers" of the series... it is mostly build up for the next book. You can tell that the next one will be most of the action. I honestly thought this book was going to be action packed, but I will have to wait until the next one. All in all, still a good book, but more excited about the next one.
I waited a long time for this book to come out & my only complaint is that I read it too fast & it's over. All the characters are compelling & story lines are all intriguing. I can't wait for book number4.
